There is a current rumor going around at I was responsible for having Andy Andrews petition kicked off the ballet. There is no truth to this rumor. I have been to the board of election twice this year. Once to pick up my nominating petition and one to drop it off. I have not made any public records request for other candidates petitions or have had any contact with the board of election since I dropped my petition off on July 6 2009 at 2:12PM.
